物理引擎技术在履带式车辆仿真训练系统中的应用

Application of the physics engine in tracked vehicle simulation training system

摘要: 为了解决现有煤矿机械设备仿真训练系统真实性不高的现状,以及难以使操作者产生沉浸感的问题。以EBH-120型综掘机为例,提出了一种基于物理引擎的履带式车辆运动模拟方法。该方法通过3ds Max建立综掘机与掘进巷道场景等的三维模型,Newton物理引擎进行刚体动力学设计,应用Quest3D虚拟现实软件开发了一套履带式车辆仿真训练系统。使用结果表明:该仿真训练系统能使操作者产生较强的沉浸感,有效改善了以往系统因真实性不足导致的培训效率不高的缺点,在煤矿培训领域有很强的应用前景。

Abstract: Because of the lacking of realistic, the operators which use these systems cannot immerse in the simulation training system. Taking EBH-120 road header as a example, a motion simulation method based on physics engine is figured out. It uses 3ds Max for making 3D models and Newton physics engine for dynamic simulation. A tracked vehicle training system with real physics characteristics was developed based on Quest3D, which can improve the deficiency in coal mine training field.
